LOCAL / INTER - ISLAND MOVE

• To determine and identify the volume of items to be packed, moved, crated, the size of truck/ vehicle container to be used and time frame, likewise to explain briefly the flow of services particularly the possible charges that will involve in the service and at the same time to offer a reasonable price that is suitable on the customers budget.

INTERNATIONAL MOVE

• To determine the volume of the items to be packed and to evaluate if the said items is subject for Loose Cargo (LCL) or Containerized Cargo;
• To explain the flow of international services particularly to discuss the possible charges that might occur both origin and destination at the same time to offer the reasonable price suitable on the customers budget.

PACKING PROCEDURE

HOUSE RELOCATION

• Individual packing of all small breakable items using tissue paper followed by bubble plastic prior inserting to the medium boxes to avoid from breakage.
• All personal belongings and non-breakable items will be inserted to balikbayan boxes for smooth transfer.
• Provide wardrobe for the sensitive/ hanging dress to return in permanent/ good condition
• Packing of all large appliances/ equipments using bubble plastic followed by corrugated board to avoid from damage.
• Individual packing of small/ medium appliances/ equipments using bubble plastic prior insertion to balikbayan box to avoid from damage.
• Individual heavy packing of frames, paintings, mirrors, glass top, or any related items using bubble plastic followed by MRS ply board to avoid from breakage.
• Packing of sensitive sofa and mattress using bubble plastic followed by corrugated board to avoid from wet and dirt.
• Special packing/ crating of piano using double wrap of bubble plastic followed by MRS ply board to avoid from scratches.
• Packing of all sensitive furnitures using MRS ply board to avoid from scratches.
• Computers will be packed per set using bubble plastic prior inserting to computer boxes with suring paper to avoid it from moving inside the box.
• All files/ documents and other small office miscellaneous items will be inserted to medium boxes for smooth transfer
• Individual packing of typewriters, fax machines, overhead projectors, or any related items using bubble plastic prior inserting to the balikbayan boxes to avoid from damage.
• Packing of all large appliances using bubble plastic followed by corrugated board to avoid from damage.
• All items will be labeled individually likewise provide inventory/ packing list prior move for client security

MOVING PROCEDURE

• Provide working permit and move out/ in gate pass to avoid any hazzle during the time of move.
• All large and built in furnitures will be dismantled for quick transfer likewise reassemble after the move.
• All large furnitures will be transferred using plot dolly, while boxes will be transferred using pushcarts, but for heavy items like vaults will be transferred using pallet track to prevent from the damages of the building floor particularly the said items.
• All big items like furnitures, fixtures, appliances and machines will be transferred using open trucks to easily enter ‘in’ and ‘out’ of the basement of the building and vice versa to minimize the time frame most specially it will not exert more force from the manpower  
• All small items like equipments, appliances, files, documents or any related sensitive items will be transferred using closed van truck for safe transfer.
• Provide hauling ticket/ packing list/ inventory list prior moving and to be signed by client authorized representative both origin and destination for security of both parties.
• Positioning/ arrangement, unpacking, dismantling/ assembling and collection of debris packing/ crating materials as well as to dispose.
• All items will be professionally transferred using our regular movers with assigned supervisors both origin and destination.

I.  LIFTING/ RIGGING

• LIFTING (OUTSIDE THE BUILDING)

1. Lifting of any kind of heavy machines/ equipments from ground to 10th floor (maximum) of the building.
2. Full in the hanging machine/ equipment from outside to inside the building and rigging/ position to final location.

• LIFTING (INSIDE THE BUILDING)

1. Lifting of any kind of heavy items with maximum weight of 2 tons via stairs.
2. Rigging and position of heavy items to final location.

• RIGGING (GROUND TO GROUND)

1. Rigging of all kinds of heavy machine/ equipment regardless the weight and size.
2. Positioning of all kinds of heavy machine/ equipment regardless the weight and the size.

II. DISMANTLING/ ASSEMBLING/ INSTALLATION

1. Dismantling and assembling of all kinds of furnitures, fixtures, partitions and billiard table.
2. Dismantling and installation of window, ceiling and package type aircons likewise genset.
3. Installation of power supply for aircons and genset from main supply to power outlet.

III. MAINTENANCE

• Quickpak accept quarterly, semi – annually and annually maintenance of window, ceiling and package type aircons with complete services.
